A Bite of China

One of the hottest topic in China is the documentary A Bite of China.Since I worked in HE Company, I have not paid much attention to Chinese food. When the project of ergonomic mouse HEmouse launching, my pet Cici and I had not shared a good dinner.

When I watched A Bite of China, I took Cici to had a good dinner. And I would like to introduce the Chinese food to my foreign friends:)

Saute diced chicken with peanuts. This Chinese food is very welcomed in America. I remembered when I had lunch with my American friends, they would like to ask the food.

Dumpling is very popular among north of China. One of my friend she told me a funny story when she asked a plate of dumplings in Nanchang, China. She is a Chinese-America, so looks like Chinese. She went to a  restaurant to ask a plate of dumplings, but there were all Chinese among her. She could not speak Chinese. A people next to her asked could them sit down next to her, she could not understand, just smiling:)

Cantonese soup. Cantonese soup is very popular in south of China, including Hongkong & Southeast Asia.
